21c enlisted architecture and interiors firm Deborah Berke Partners to reimagine the 100-year old Metropole Hotel, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, as a contemporary art museum, boutique hotel, and restaurant and bar. The design team worked to restore the character of this once-grand hotel while creating a modern, forward-thinking space to showcase the work of today's artists. The 156 spacious guest rooms are filled with custom furnishings that lend a decidedly residential feel, providing a comfortable respite from the thought-provoking art and nonstop energy that fills the museum galleries.

The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and the design team preserved the foyer’s green marble and silver leaf ceiling as well as the terrazzo floors throughout. The 125 guest rooms are spacious with high ceilings, large windows, and custom furnishings, providing a respite to the stimulating and active museum spaces below.

21c Museum Hotel Louisville is the first of its kind: a boutique hotel, chef-driven restaurant, and 21st century art museum. Located in the heart of downtown Louisville, on historic Museum Row, neighboring cultural destinations like the Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft, the Louisville Slugger Museum, and the Muhammad Ali Center. A short walk or drive the KFC Yum Center Arena, Louisville Palace Theatre, Louisville Waterfront Park, a host of food and beverage destinations, and of course – all the bourbon you dream of.

A Boutique hotel that showcases a unique art collection. We completed a total restoration of the 10 story Renaissance Rivival YMCA building that was built in 1929 this August 2023!

Our all-suite resort spreads over an area of 13 acres of lush gardens, in the style of an Ibizan inspired village of whitewashed houses. Our suites are spread across three distinct areas: the Ibicenco Village, The Laguna (Family Area) and The Cliff (Presidential level Duplex). All of the 185 suites feature a terrace or balcony with views to either the gardens, the resort or the sea depending on their location and orientation. Some suites have their own pools. Newest additions are our 2 full serviced, Four-bedroom Grand Villas with 2 pools, large garden and breathtaking views.

With 30 luxurious bedrooms (27 double rooms and 3 suites), overlooking a stunning sea of vineyards, Abadía Retuerta LeDomaine offers 24hrs Butler service and complimentary access to Santuario Wellness & Spa. A historical private guided visit through the 12th century Abbey is also available for those clients interested in discovering the history behind the property walls.

Acqualina’s spacious accommodations, which include standard rooms beginning at nearly 750-square-feet up to three bedroom suites spanning more than 2,300-square-feet, are dressed in cool, calming tones cued by the resort’s oceanfront location. Subtle hues of the tropics are introduced to a classical palette of taupe, sandy tans, and soft greys with hints of violet, brought to life with a collection of rich, custom fabrics woven throughout the space.
